MEET PAIGE PENBERTHY, DESIGNER

ABOUT

Graduated in July 2025 with a Master's in Interior Architecture from ArtEZ University of the Arts, Zwolle. 

  • Passion lies in the world of spatial storytelling 

  • Constant curiosity, exploring how spaces can communicate and evoke emotion

  • Working with physical and digital mediums, discovering methodologies of narrative, aiming to uncover the intricate ways in which design can shape our experiences.


Paige is the author of a thesis titled "Embodied Encounters: Experiencing Narrative within Contemporary Exhibition Design," which examines how contemporary exhibition spaces can create immersive and meaningful experiences for visitors. Through her work, Paige strives to blend creativity with functionality, crafting environments that tell compelling stories and leave a lasting impact.

BACKGROUND

Paige is originally from St. Louis, Missouri USA. She completed her Bachelor's of Interior Architecture at The University of Arkansas. During her studies, Paige spent a semester in Limerick, Ireland where she discovered an appreciation for going outside of her comfort zone, exploring new cultures, meeting new people, and gaining  new experience. 

 

Paige moved to the Netherlands in August of 2023. She earned a Master's of Interior Architecture at ArtEZ University of the Arts in Zwolle. She plans to continue into the design field eager to learn and apply ideas of spatial storytelling in meaningful ways.
